An Engineering Consulting Company currently is seeking an outstanding candidates to fill the position of: SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
* To plan and manage large scale projects.
* To develop and foster on-going relationships with clients.
* Provide professional guidance and leadership to less experienced members of the discipline and assist in their personal development.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and ensure that they are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction.
* Development of subordinate staff.
* Ensure project team successes.
* Effective management of resources including staff.
* Standard and timeliness of reports, specifications and tender documents.
* Performance and profitability of the discipline.
CRITERIA REQUIRED
* Manage the civil section
* Manage projects (costs, program & deliverables)
* Assign work to civil team
* Strong technical capability required
* Previous consulting engineering experience
* Has more than 10 years experience in the area of Road, Industrial Site development, Hydraulic, Geotechnical and Civil Structure projects
* Has consulting experience would be and advantage
